Don’t tell anybody but my husband is supporting *all* of my current hair-brained schemes. Really. I’m sort of thinking that I should come up with something really crazy- or maybe I should just go with it and take what I can get. He’s even agreed to help me get a garden bed ready for planting. That one was maybe a little less enthusiastic. I’ll fill you all in on the details as soon as I can. I’m positively giddy.

    • Well, let’s just say that one of them starts with Ch and ends with loe 😀 Yeah, I’m sure that doesn’t make it any clearer.

    • Ooh, that would be fantastic. We’re going to clear out the spot next to the driveway. And it wasn’t talent that you were lacking. I keep telling you that it was a hard year for experienced farmers. April+freeze= no plants.

  1. Hooray! I know *exactly* how it feels to have one’s husband finally get behind a gardening scheme! Let me know how yours goes. I am in year two and struggling to keep a few baby tomatoes alive 🙂 Year one was, ahem, a learning experience.

    • I think the first several years are learning experiences. It’s a lot tougher than it seems to make everything work.

  2. Aw…I’m so jealous. In a purely healthy way of course. But I would just love it if I had my husband’s stick-to-it, make it happen abilities behind my hair brained schemes. Just imagine what we could do? I sincerely hope you guys see good things happen with this teamwork thing your implementing.
